Seriously! (at zillafitness.com)
Holy yeah! Chalene just kicked my arse as hard as Tony Horton, Shaun T., or Sagi ever have and she smiled the whole time. Never left my yoga mat but I am indeed drenched. Loving PIYO. (at zillafitness.com)
3 weeks in and I am addicted to PIYO! Love this program. Looking for more coaches to join my team to help others with PIYO! Go to link in bio.
REVELATIONS. If you told me 5 years ago I would be doing a home workout DVD with the title of “Buns”, I would have dismissed you as a nut job. Well, not only did I do it last night but it kicked my buns. It was tough and I would have been able to push harder if I wasn’t such a spazz learning new moves. Just a great workout. So impressed with Piyo. I don’t get on the scale much because that is not really what it is about for me but I was shocked last night to see I now weigh 190 lbs. At 6’3” that is my lowest weight in 20 years. I have a very thin frame and I spent my teens and 20’s trying to build mass and the first part of my 30’s trying to build or maintain mass. I got up to 227 at one point. Sure it helped me hit home runs and I thought I was pretty cool but at 40 I can say 190 feels very refreshing on my joints and so does the flexibility work with Piyo. I literally feel 10 years younger than I did just a year ago. All that said, I feel Body Beast calling my name again just because I love lifting weights but these first few weeks of Piyo have reminded me that when it comes down to it, how you FEEL is the true meaning of health and fitness. Oh and one more thing; you can indeed mix a “Buns” workout with some classic heavy metal! #piyo #piyoworkout (at zillafitness.com)
Treated myself to great little escape today on my kayak. After only 2 weeks of PIYO it was obvious today while paddling that my core is stronger. No lower back pain that I often experience either! That’s what it’s all about to me. Fitness enhances quality of life. #piyo #piyoworkout #kayaking

I started week two of Piyo today with my challenge group and I can say with complete confidence that it is the perfect program for me at this time! Coming off almost 2 months of being far less active than I usually am, my nagging aches and pains started creeping back in and negatively affecting my life. I have more than a few aches and old injuries that have bothered me most of my life, but when my core is strong and my flexibility is satisfactory, they become negligible. After only a week I can feel my core becoming stronger, my low back and hamstrings becoming more flexible and my overall strength coming back. I have to be honest, straight-forward programs with weights like P90X and Body Beast are generally more my style so I was wondering how this one would connect with me. Those concerns are I gone. I look forward to each and every workout, mainly because I feel so much better when I do it! This picture pretty much sums it up.
